Because toilet paper is a hygiene product, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused packaging within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
What pack sizes are available?
Our Ultra-Soft Toilet Paper comes in 6-roll, 12-roll, and 24-roll packs, so you can pick how often you want to reorder.
