What payment methods can I use?

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order across the United States, no minimum order value required.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-9 business days from order confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and still have the original tags attached. Contact us at support@womensfashionville.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we will confirm your return and provide the return address.

Who pays for return shipping?

If your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we pay the return shipping and send you a prepaid label — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. For a change-of-mind return, the return shipping is paid by the customer.

When do I get my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Which sizes do you offer?

Our pieces are available in sizes XS to 2XL, depending on the style. Every product page includes a size guide with the exact measurements for that item.
