Handling and delivery times

Where your order ships from

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our fulfilment partner. Carriers vary by destination; your tracking email names the carrier handling your parcel.

Order tracking

Once your order ships you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to become active.

Missing or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us at wollflocke@mail.de with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and replace or refund the order if the parcel cannot be located.

Customs and duties

No customs or import fees apply to orders delivered within the United States.
