You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping
If the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we pay the return shipping and send a prepaid label. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@womensfashionville.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return
Contact us at support@womensfashionville.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm your return and provide the return address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
