Genevieve Long Sleeve Cocktail Maxi Dress for Women – Wine

This is the dress for the invitation you said yes to months ago and forgot about until this week. Deep wine velvet, cut with a surplice neckline that crosses into a soft V, and long sleeves that come all the way to the wrist. The ruching runs diagonally across the bodice and gathers at one side of the waist, which is what keeps the whole thing skimming instead of clinging. From the knee it releases into a gentle trumpet and falls to the floor. There is no zip and nothing to fuss with — it goes on over your head and it is done.

We work mainly with soft, breathable cotton and try to avoid polyester wherever possible – for a natural feel that is gentle on your skin. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, and dry flat to keep the shape.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed and still have their original tags attached. To start a return, email support@womensfashionville.com with your order number before sending anything back – we'll confirm your return and send you the return address. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return.
