To start a return, email support@womensfashionville.com with your order number before sending anything back – we'll confirm your return and send you the return address. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return.
