Our shoes are true to size – simply choose the size you usually wear. If you're between sizes or have a wider foot, we recommend going one size up for a more comfortable fit. If the size is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with the tags attached.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed and still have their original tags attached. To start a return, email support@womensfashionville.com with your order number before sending anything back – we'll confirm your return and send you the return address. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return.
